Cream Cheese Jalapenos

Description

Crispy coated, slightly sour green Jalapeño filled with soft cheese.

• Ingredients : Cream cheese preparation (30%) [cream cheese, cream, modified starch, starch, and emulsifier (methylcellulose)], bread crumbs (27%) [Wheat flour, yeast, salt, colours (curcumin, caramel, paprika extract)], Jalapeño peppers (22%), palm oil, water, wheat flour, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates).
• Preparation : Deep fry in cooking oil at 175°C for 3 – 4 minutes or in an oven, preheated at 225°C for 10 – 12 minutes turn halfway. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Due to varying conditions, cooking times are a guideline only.
