Pre-fried sweet potato fries with a crunchy coating.

• • Ingredients : 90% sweet potato, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, maize starch, salt, tapioca dextrin, colour E160c, raising agents E450, E500, thickener E415.
  • Preparation : Deep fry in cooking oil at 175?C for 1,5 ? 2 minutes or in an oven, preheated at 225?C for 15 ? 20 minutes turn halfway. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Due to varying conditions, cooking times are a guideline only.
